The username/password system has been working fine for 99% of all subscribers. The cases where it didn't work were due to the subscriber's software being set up incorrectly. Here's how to check to see if your software is set up correctly:
A. In the software you use to view our publication (it should be Internet Explorer) - click on the "Tools" menu item.
B. Under "Tools", Select "Internet Options", then select the "Security" tab and click on the "Custom level" button towards the bottom of the page.
C. Drag the slider bar on the right hand side all the way to the bottom and you should see an option for "User Authentication/Logon".
D. Select the option for "Prompt for user name and password" and press the "OK" button on the bottom twice to exit out.
